It seems like things are constantly changing around here.
Cameron has taken to waking every 2-3 hours because of his stupid tooth that is coming in. He's pretty much medicated these days. I am looking forward to using Ibuprofren in a couple of months- it handles teething so much better than Acetametaphin! He has also started to lose most of the cute hair he had on top. His hormone levels have started to come down like mine, so we are both shedding. He also had cradle cap, which I think contributed to the hair loss.
His eyes are turning darker, too. I can only imagine that they will be brown, as they have an amber hue to them if you look at them from the side.
Jameson has been a bedtime nightmare for the past few weeks, although he sleeps so soundly overnight. He only complains a little if he gets his legs stuck in the crib rails. He doesn't even wake up- I just move him back to the center of the crib & he's more comfortable. He moves all over that crib at night. He has great upper body strength & just started to use the exersaucer. I finally figured out an easy way to get him to sleep. It goes back to the Harvey Karp Happiest Baby on the Block method. I swaddle him up, bounce him on my lap, give him a bottle to suck on & "Shhhhhhhh!" him for a few minutes.
Corbin says more and more every day. He's so smart, too. Yesterday, we did an ABC sticker book together & he surprised me by wanting to put the alphabet in order, which is what the book is actually used for. I thought he would just want to play with the stickers & name them independently. It's neat that he can organize his thoughts like that already.
And here is a bonus pic of Jameson in his big boy outfit, for Ethan's party on Saturday:
